We’re a healthy lifestyle community for women who’ve been on the rollercoaster of weight loss and fitness (you know, the one with no seat belts and endless stops at “I’ll start Monday”). FitStrides isn’t about quick fixes or taking ourselves too seriously—we leave that to kale smoothies.
Instead, we’re about small steps, big laughs, and supporting each other every stride of the way. Whether you join solo or with your neighborhood crew, you’ll find a tribe of women ready to cheer you on through bi-weekly walks, runs, or that thing we lovingly call “moving while talking.” Because we believe real change happens with humor, accountability, and a sprinkle of good vibes. So, grab your sneakers (and maybe a snack)—it’s time to stride towards a healthier you, one lunge and crunch (or lunch) at a time!
